While I was walking today, a thought found me one that felt both tender and bittersweet. It made me a little sad, and at the same time, deeply grateful.

Being in an unhealthy relationship is hard… but sometimes, being in a healthy one is even harder. Because it softly, lovingly reveals how unhealthy the past truly was.

I don’t mean to dim the light, it’s just one of those quiet truths that carries weight.

Still, it is a beautiful gift. One that arrives filled with lessons, grace, and growth, each unfolding in its own way.

When I look at these photos Selin took, I’m struck by the smile on my face, wide, genuine, and alive.

And I feel it so clearly: how grateful I am to have met you. 💚
