How are we recycling our TPU products?
Here is an example at Group JCA.
One of our clients manufacture semiconductor chips.
As TPU bands are anti-static electronic application, they use TPU bands to stack their products.
1. After using the TPU bands, they send them back to us.
2. We shred and crystallise them.
3. Melt them at over 150 degrees
4. Inject the liquid TPUs into the mold and cooling down them
5. Cut the recycled TPU tube to become bands and pack them to resell!
We also have few clients who buy the recycled TPU products only.
This is the recycling process at Group JCA.
However, as TPU material can mix with other soft plastics, we can join with other recycling program!

How do we apply our TPU bands?
TPU is food and skin safe material.
Group JCA supplies our TPU products all around the world.
During the pandemic, we supplied TPU mask bands to the medical industries in the USA.
In Canada, we supply our TPU bands to lobster companies.
In Australia, Key international focuses on the Agricultural sector.
TPU vegetable bands would be our first step.
