BEACHCOMBER’S PUNCH

A creation that dates back to 1937, by Don the Beachcomber. It’s a Tiki cocktail balancing juices, tart fruit, herbal and held together by Demerara Rum.

I packed it all inside this awesome Mug I’ve been meaning to use for a bit. Thanks Don

The Recipe:
45ml Demerara Rum
15ml Apricot liqueur
15ml Lime juice
15ml White Grapefruit juice
15ml Simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Barspoon of Absinthe

Flash blend cocktail with pebble ice and pour inside your favourite Tiki mug. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, mint and a cherry.
