Digital Marketing/Social Media Specialist

You have successfully implemented, optimised and managed digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
You're a digital native always looking for new tools to use or processes to implement.
You like to work autonomously and don't always need to be told what to do.

You can handle multiple tasks and for multiple clients - and meet deadlines
You can create content, i.e. photoshop, indesign etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring clients have a return on ad spend, minimising ad spend, maximising results!
Support various tasks and projects including planning, strategising, and researching.
Monitoring, managing and optimisation of client ad accounts(Facebook, instagram, linkedin, google etc)
Managing the entire process for digital marketing campaigns from brief to ex*****on through to ongoing reporting
Google Analytics reporting and management.
Regular communication.

Our Company is looking for a Business Development Manager to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

We provide services such as Content creation, branding, social media marketing, social media management, Website/SEO & Software development.

Duties will include CRM, Sales presentations and negotiating contracts with prospects.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
Preferably looking for a individual with an existing network, or prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads
- Meeting or Exceeding Sales Goals
- Negotiating contracts with prospects
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to prospective clients (if needed)
- Understanding and promoting our services
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Preparing and submitting proposals for clients
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate need or promote services
- Maintaining client records
- Answering client questions about services and pricing
- Creating Sales plans
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales
- Understanding sales process and dynamics
- Excellent customer service
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Experience using computers
Can work remotely and/or in our office based in Docklands.
Payment:
Hourly + commission on a casual basis
