What an incredible two days at the IMG Conference 2025.

For us at DockRoach, this event was about more than panels and presentations — it was about connection, courage, and collective progress.

We recognise that ethical recruitment and meaningful systematic change in Australia’s healthcare industry take time. But seeing so many IMGs come together — not only to prepare for their own futures, but to actively work toward shaping a fairer system — gives us hope and purpose.
