(These are the questions my friends, family and even early online clients asked me)

Well, I’ll share my response with you now:

Because my mission in life is to help as many people as possible become the strongest and most confident version of themselves.

There’s a literal sh*tload of ninkinpoops out there spreading misinformation online about health, fitness, injury, training and nutrition.

People sell fear around movement or food and create barriers that prevent others from exercising and becoming the best version of themselves.

I’m here to work against that.
