Thought I should just pop on here and share my deep gratitude to the incredible the folks at and the beautiful souls that not only put their trust in me but welcomed and embraced me as if I was family. I'm back in Melbourne now, allowing my body and mind to readjust. The last week (month even) has been a whirlwind and I just wanted to give my mind, body and soul a minute to catch up before sharing some of the craziest moments and "downloads" I think I have ever received. So thank you, thanks for the support, thanks for the love, thanks for being here.

Truth is, I've been going through a lot of changes, breakthroughs, and breakdowns. This sentiment seems to be echoed by everyone around me. "I can't believe it's nearly May", "We've been busy", "I just can't find the time", "there's just alot going on right now"... and we want to be there for others, but how if we ourselves are spread too thin and need support?

I've been feeling a stronger pull towards connection. Connection with myself, people, community, nature and connection with the present (the right now, present). Learning how to move with the energy that's around rather than try to avoid, change, shift or even protect myself from it.

So, in time, I'd love to share some things I've been experimenting with in my own life and hopefully it will help. However, for right now.. NOW, now, I'm sharing this card I pulled for myself last night before bed. My head had been running marathons for 2 days straight, riddled with self doubt. The question I asked was "What am I even doing in Cairns?". I took a deep breath, an even longer exhale and everything just went quiet. Confirmation. Clarity. Direction. All in one card.

If you aren't able to make it to the full moon circle with and I this Saturday, please be gentle with yourself, take deep breaths, go spend some time in or around water (scorpio energy will love it).
