From our initial conversations with the clients, we’ve spent months carefully developing and refining the floorplans in close collaboration with both the builder and draftsperson. This process ensures that every design direction remains aligned with the project budget from the outset.

With the industry constantly evolving, investing time in the early stages of design is invaluable. It allows us to resolve key decisions upfront, so that when we move into detailed design, every element is both considered and achievable.

Echoed beyond the kitchen, the Cote D’Azur marble continues as the hero piece throughout the home, layered into each space to create a sense of cohesion, warmth, and timeless continuity.

On site at Banoon during the installation of hard finishes, a pivotal stage where materiality and design intent begin to fully resolve. Stone surfaces anchor the spaces, bringing depth and texture to the overall composition.
