Simple tea meditation with crystal for daily dosha balancing.
How it works ?
1️⃣ Choose a blend that aligns with your intention. Boil the water and mindfully prepare your tea, focusing on each step of the process.
2️⃣ Before drinking, hold the crystal in your hand and take a few deep breaths. Set an intention for the session—whether it’s to cultivate peace, focus, or gratitude. If it resonates with you, silently express your intention while holding the crystal near your heart or over your tea.
3️⃣ Take slow, deliberate sips of your tea, paying close attention to the warmth of the cup, the aroma, and the taste. With each sip, focus on your breath and how the tea nourishes your body and mind. Let the crystal serve as a reminder to stay grounded in the present moment
Practicing drinking tea with a crystal involves turning a simple act into a mindful ritual that promotes relaxation, balance, and inner peace.
This ritual can be as simple or elaborate as you want it to be. It’s both convenient and beneficial to practice at home or at work.
