I have two positions available to fill within the next couple of weeks for a large national NFP client.
If you, or someone you know is a service delivery and admin rock star, please contact me.
Both roles are WFH, *Melbourne based preferred* for operational purposes. *Must* be able to work remotely as part of a team.

Client Manager/Senior Admin - Four days per week, permanent position. Integral to the client operations, this role deals with webinar management and delivery, event organisation, state and national meetings and their organisation, membership management, association management, working within the team and more.

Admin Assistant - 8 to 12 hours per week (casual). Ideally performed over four days, the admin assistant provides essential support via registration list management, database management, member liaison, payment reconciliation, invoicing, applying for CPD points from providers online and more.

STRONG TEAMS & STRONG COFFEE ❤

Today, I invested in my remote team.
We got together in one location, and sat down for breakfast.
A minor moment for some, but monumental to our team.
We didn't talk (much) shop, but talked to each other F2F.
We found out things we didn't know about each other, we laughed, we chatted and we bonded.

Having a strong team who understand each other and recognise the human behind the laptop is fundamental to the success of the business.

IF YOU HAD TO, COULD YOU?

Recently, a Linkesin connection Jarmila Zářická, posted about her latest fictional novel.

The premise of the story relates to the female lead packing her life into three suitcases. Two of which she can travel with, and one she must forward on to her next destination.

This got me thinking, IF YOU HAD TO FIT YOUR LIFE INTO THREE SUITCASES, COULD YOU?

Initially my response was "Yes, of course", but then I start to consider all the items that I hold dear to me.... and then it becomes not so simple.
