1-Minute Reset Breathwork

A simple nervous system reset you can do anywhere — at work, in the car, before a meeting, or whenever you feel overwhelmed.

The Reset

-Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds
Fill low into the belly first.

-Hold for 2 seconds.

-Exhale slowly through the mouth for 6 seconds

Let the shoulders soften and jaw relax.

Repeat for 1 minute.

While You Breathe:

-Drop your shoulders
-Unclench your jaw
-Relax your tongue
-Let the exhale feel like a release

The longer exhale helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system — shifting the body from stress and survival into a calmer, more regulated state.
