Here are three things we’ve done that have transformed our client base:

First, we started running group headshot shoots specifically tailored for white-collar professionals.

Once we realized so many people wanted to update their LinkedIn profiles, we tapped right into that audience, and it’s been a game-changer.

Second, we added an upsell. After the session, clients often love the shots, but struggle to pick just one or two. By offering extra edits, we give them that flexibility, and it increases our value per client.

Finally, instead of just sending the files, we always do a live review session. That personal touch has not only delighted clients but also led to organic word-of-mouth and repeat business.
