This is the inside of an Apple iMac 27" desktop computer.
The only way to get inside this type of computer is by taking off the front glass then removing the screen, exposing all the components as you can see in the photo.
This computer has experienced hardware failure and due to it's age, Data Recovery was the best course of action.
I have been able to successfully extract all user data including documents, photos, music and videos.
