Trail running is an exhilarating sport that challenges the body in unique ways. Unlike road running, trails present varied terrain, steep inclines, uneven surfaces, and unpredictable obstacles. These elements require not only endurance but also strength. We have dabbled in some trail running this year and have enjoyed exploring the crucial role that strength plays in performance enhancement, injury prevention, and overall resilience for trail running.
