Holden L77 SS V8 Cleanly calibrated for the over the radiator intake and exhaust. This one hadn't been tuned before. Its great seeing one of these come through the shop for a custom tune as we haven't done one in a while.

A decent tune wakes these up incredibly.

Another BT-50 getting after it. 4JJ3 Dyno cal — ECU + Transmission cal.

Full custom dyno calibration on a 2024 4JJ3 BT-50 running a stock exhaust, with complete ECU and transmission recalibration to suit increased torque output, wheel size and real-world load.

Final results (roller dyno, at the rubber):
✅ 200.9 HP / 636.3 Nm
⬆️ Up from 153.6 HP / 448.5 Nm stock
⬆️ +47 HP / +188 Nm
⬆️ Smoother shifts, firmer shifts and earlier lock-up
⬆️ Modified shift points for cruising
⬆️ Improved fuel economy

On the 4JJ3 platform, power tuning alone isn’t enough.
The ECU torque model, gearbox torque request, fuel quantity and boost control all have to match, otherwise the transmission will slip, flare or force torque reduction under load.

This calibration included:

With the market now flooded with cheap remaps done at tyre shops and back alleyways, we're getting so many enquiries about fix ups. We can no longer take on these jobs. 7 emails this week and a dozen phone calls and we can't take it on. If you don't get a reply then this is the reason.

Common complaints such as not feeling any power gain yet told they now have a 30% power gain, worse economy, rough running, disappointment and money wasted with no dyno sheet, no O² testing or monitoring completed.

Its a big decision to make a modification to your vehicle ECU or TCU like this so don't cheap out, think carefully about what you're doing and take it to a shop with good reviews and good reputation. If they're not showing you any physical graphs or data in relation to testing then you've been swindled by a con artist with a laptop and a cable throwing in a file from someone working out of a basement in Turkey, Pakistan or even the UK.
There’s a lot more going on in these ECUs than boost and fuel believe it. Some may make power but has it been done right? Has it been monitored? Have they missed half a dozen maps? Have they deleted safeguards? A real OG tune done by the pros should run cooler than stock and ultimately more reliable.

There are a few really good shops in Perth, so come see us or one of the other top Gs around for a proper product. Don't leave this s**t up to luck and make our life harder when it doesn’t work out.
