My little home studio transformed into a night sky sanctuary tonight. 🌙✨

One of the things I love most about holding these sessions from home is that they remain intimate.
I can only welcome a maximum of 8 people at a time, which means every gathering feels personal, grounded and deeply intentional.

There is something special about sitting in a small circle together, away from the noise of everyday life, allowing yourself to simply be held for an hour.

Tonight’s journey was called The Night Sky 🌌
An invitation to become bigger than your worries.
To stretch beyond the edges of what has felt small, urgent and overwhelming… and remember the vastness you are part of.

Every session is different.
A new meditation.
A new energetic theme.
A new opportunity to reconnect with yourself.

Sometimes all we need is a little space to remember that we don’t have to carry everything alone. 🤍
