🏗️ SITE UPDATE // Another great week of progress onsite at Kinetic, with the project continuing to move forward at pace - update from Site Supervisor Aden McAnelly.....

✅ Framing, setting and sanding works have now been completed.
✅ Painting of internal walls has commenced.
✅ Installation of the grid ceiling is underway.
✅ External pavement works have been completed.
✅ The Ergon easement fence has now been completed.
✅ Door and hardware installation has commenced.
✅ Landscaping works have been completed, helping bring the external areas to life.

With internal finishes now progressing and key external works complete, the project is continuing to take shape and move closer towards completion. A huge thank you to all trades and suppliers involved for their continued effort and commitment to delivering a quality result.

🏗️ SITE UPDATE // Update from Nancy Lawes, Contract Administrator; who was onsite today at Solana, and there has been plenty happening behind the scenes as this exciting project continues to take shape.

✅ Feature stone installation is well underway and looking fantastic.
✅ External cladding is almost complete.
✅ Internal fit-out continues to progress with painting and flooring works advancing throughout the building.
✅ Air conditioning units have arrived onsite and are currently being connected.
✅ Both pools are nearing completion and are almost ready for the installation of their mosaic tiles.
✅ The bowling green and tennis courts are really starting to take shape.
✅ Fix-out works have now been completed.

We look forward to sharing more progress as we move closer to completion.
