Does it get any easier or more delicious? Our Traditional Beef Lasagne… Chicken and Vegetarian options are also available AND gluten free Lasagne is available to order (we will need a couple of days notice to make it for you though)

The vast majority of our reviews are very positive, but if we get a negative review it’s often because of our use of microwaves.
Having recently returned from Italy where we mounted an extremely thorough investigation 😂 into pasta, we were SO proud of the standard of our pasta. We had some incredible meals BUT for the price point and standard we offer, our little business really stacked up. AND certainly if you add speed of service into the mix (so important for a mostly take away business) nothing compared. There is a really popular pasta take away shop in Rome that offers 2 dishes a day, kept warm in a Bain Marie, that offered nowhere near the quality of meals we do.
We certainly could prepare each meal individually but it would take a lot longer and cost our customers so much more… for no real advantage in regards to quality.
Reviews like these are frustrating and disappointing but we just have to remind ourselves of our mission which is to provide an alternative to other fast food businesses through offering fresh, high quality meals quickly and affordably.

After 10 long days we finally have a landline again! Telstra accidentally disconnected us and then despite countless hours of phone calls from us, where we were redirected from one department to another, time and time again NO-ONE was able to help us…
Until Mark from the Telstra Business Technology Centre heard via word of mouth about our dramas and stepped in to help. Thanks for caring about our little business Mark and making us contactable again.

TELSTRA 😡 😡 😡
Telstra has cut off our phone because they had a ‘note’ to do so. They’re not sure who the ‘note’ is from or why but they have actually cut off our phone. They have suggested that perhaps one of our neighbours has requested a disconnection and the wrong button has been pushed. It appears they have made a mistake and they have apologised.
BUT they have assured us that they should be able to reconnect us within 5 business days.
Next call the telecommunications ombudsman. 🤦♀️
