SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us at Urban Cutz Riverside. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Our Policy:

- 24-Hour Notice: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will also incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If an appointment is rescheduled due to an emergency, the fee may be waived at management's discretion. However, if the appointment is not rescheduled, the fee will apply.

This policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team's schedules filled. Thank you for supporting our business and our team.
