Expression of Interest –Bm Property developments are looking for a 1st or 2nd Year Building Apprentice for 2026 to join our team

We are looking for someone who:
• Has some experience on the tools
• Shows a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Can follow direction, work safely, and contribute positively to the team
• Is punctual, reliable, and takes pride in their work
• Holds a current driver’s licence and white card (is preferred)

About the Role:
Work will include a variety of residential and small commercial projects, assisting trades, learning new skills, and gaining hands-on experience in framing, roofing, concreting, fix
out,excavations,landscaping and general site work.
