We have;
*Protein pancakes with berries and maple *Breakfast quiches
*Slow cooked beef, mushroom and red wine casserole with cauliflower rice
*Pan fried chicken tights with pesto green bean and cherry tomatoes
Prepared and cleaned up in under 2 hours.
I hope this proves a few things to people
1. Eating healthy doesn't have to cost the earth
2. You can eat delicious food for cheap
3. You have 168 hours in a week and I spent 2 hours of my entire week making 3 days plus worth of food.
