✅ Project Complete at Rostrevor College!

Chappell Builders is proud to announce the completion of the Rice Building redevelopment at Rostrevor College.

In collaboration with Edge Architects, we have transformed the former single‑storey lecture hall into a contemporary two‑level facility featuring a modern health hub and a range of upgraded amenities.

The project involved the removal of the original amphitheatre seating and façade, allowing us to construct a new internal structure and suspended slab within the existing building envelope.

With construction and fit‑out now finalised, we’re excited to see this revitalised space support the College community for years to come 🤩

🏆 Neil McCulloch, Site Manager, was honoured with the Golden Chappelli Award, recognising the team member who best embodies our core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Client Focus, Continuous Improvement, and Accountability in their day-to-day work.
