How do you measure age?
Most people would answer with the number of birthdays they’ve celebrated.
We’d answer a little differently.
We see age in the way someone moves.
Can you stand tall? Bend down? Reach overhead? Walk confidently? Get up off the floor with ease?

Ageing is inevitable, but how you move through it is something you can influence.

Something as simple as placing a small dome under the foot can encourage the toes to relax and lengthen, changing the way the entire foot functions
When toes grip and curl, it impacts the entire body. A tiny adjustment in the foot can influence everything above it.
