JOB OPPORTUNITY - Machine / Plant Operator!

AR Developments have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and multi-skilled Machine / Plant Operator for immediate start on our civil construction projects across Brisbane, working on townhouse developments and land subdivisions.

ABOUT YOU
The successful applicant will hold a HR license and have extensive experience in civil construction plan operation, show initiative, have an enthusiastic attitude, be self-motivated, and show strong commitment and a proven ability to work within a team environment.
You must possess good communication skills, be honest, reliable, hardworking and enjoy working to high standards.
The successful applicant must:
• Hold a HR License with Excavator, Skid Steer and Roller competencies
• Be multi-skilled across all aspects of civil construction
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in civil construction plant operation
• Hold a current Australian manual driver’s license
• Demonstrate strong plan reading abilities
• Be able to work to a deadline
• Be organised and have strong time management skills
• Work well in a team and autonomously
• Be reliable and honest
• Be proficient in using Outlook and various mobile applications

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this exciting position, you will work within our medium sized construction and development business, alongside a qualified and highly skilled building, landscaping and civil team. You will work on domestic building projects across Greater Brisbane as part of our townhouse developments.
