We’re pleased to share latest construction update at our award-winning development - Mercer Armadale:
✔️ External wall wrap works are nearing completion.
✔️ Roof plumbing installation is progressing well and remains on schedule.
✔️ Stair assembly works are approaching completion.
✔️ Building services installation is nearing completion.
✔️ Roof insulation installation is close to completion.
✔️ Joinery shop drawings have been finalised, with production scheduled to commence in the coming weeks.
✔️ Window installations have been completed.
✔️ Lifts have been delivered to site in preparation for installation.
The estimated construction completion is Q2 2026
