This was another pinch me moment.

You're probably wondering why I've sung the Ave Maria so often this trip (apart from me being a silly tenor). It is because the main purpose of this trip was to come to Lourdes for healing and reflection. I've spent the entire trip reflecting on my purpose but also especially reflecting on Mary.

To sing this amazing piece composed by one of my favourite composers (Schubert) at the place where Our Lady of Lourdes appeared 156 years ago, was my way of saying thank you to Our Lady and to honour her.

This trip has been a great time of reflection in myself, the man I want to be and God's purpose for me.
I look forward to my final days in Paris and the return home.
