MEET OUR SPEAKER GRACE HOOPER

Grace has been working in the property management industry in Canberra for over a decade. Beginning when she was still at university, her hard work and natural leadership skills saw her rapidly rise through the ranks.

As the General Manager at Independent Property Group, Grace is laser focused on developing her team to the highest standards of excellence. “I want everyone who comes into contact with us to have an exceptional experience. The way we interact with our clients should leave them feeling better and more positive for having worked with our team.”

Originally from New Zealand, Grace has fallen head over heels with her adopted city of Canberra. Today, she is deeply embedded in the local area and leads her team in various initiatives to give back to the community. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, getting out to the central coast to soak up the salt and sand and flying home to visit friends and family back in New Zealand.
