Your initial consultation is our first point of contact. This is where we get to hear from you what you whats going on and how we can best help you. As this is our first meeting, we will go through your history in a little bit more depth, go through what your day to day life involves, what your goals and expectations are. We will conduct an assessment and educate you on what we believe is going on. From here we will formulate a management plan that we will send to you for your reference.
After your initial consultation, you will armed wth the tools to go away and put the discussed strategies into action to put you back on the path of optimal health.

A Webhealth consultation would work in the same manner as a normal appointment, if you were to see a practitioner in person. It will begin with a history of your presentation, signs, symptoms, your expectations and what you want to achieve. We will then go through an assessment, which will require you to replicate what you are having trouble with. Then we will provide you with information that you can take away and implement. this will include, stretches, exercises self-treatment directions, postural advice and ergonomic guidance.
