Always a tough slog at the kennel and the rain wasn’t working to our favour either in the A’s - good passages of play and some high goal scores from Luke Allan with 6.2 weren’t enough to get the goodies; we go again for another trip out north this weekend coming against Smithfield!

A long way from home out at the kennel on the weekend wasn’t working in our favour, but our B’s took it to Centrals and pushed them right to the end of the line, with Centrals only getting over us by a couple of cheeky last minute goals in Harry Nelson’s 50th game for the club!

It might be a bit wet and raining, but we’re still training! We will ask all training groups to utilise the middle of the oval for drills where possible this week, to prevent our oval from becoming a moat on the boundary lines before our junior games on Sunday!

JUNIORS:
Tuesday U14G: HFC - 5:00pm
Thursday Auskick: HFC - 5:00pm
Friday - both programs: HFC - 5:00pm

SENIORS:
Tuesday + Thursday: HFC - 6:30pm

G’day team - apologies for the lack of normal game day posts and rigor. The social media girl has had a whirlwind of the last 72 hours and everything has hit that creek that most people don’t have a paddle to get up. Horrendous. Absolute scenes.

And just to confirm; the games are still happening, we haven’t cancelled them due to the rain, in fact one’s about to kick off right now!
