🚜 Alice’s Fridge Rescue # 3

This week, Alice turned the last of her silverbeet, zucchini, mushrooms, onion and a gifted red capsicum into not one meal, but two.

First came a simple veggie stir-fry with ghee, garam masala and plenty of flavour. The next night, those same leftovers became an easy omelette-style frittata topped with melted cheese.

A clever reminder that cooking a little extra today can make tomorrow’s dinner almost effortless.
