At some point, I realised there were things I simply couldn't afford anymore.

Not financially.

Energetically.

Mentally.

Operationally.

I couldn't afford to keep carrying every task in my head.

I couldn't afford to hire from urgency instead of intention.

And I couldn't afford to build a business that only worked when I was available.

Having been a VA myself, I know what exceptional actually support looks like from the inside.

I've also seen what happens when founders are stretched too thin, trying to be the strategist, the operations manager, the project coordinator, and the safety net all at once...🫠

It works for a while. Until it doesn't.

The older my business gets, the more protective I become of my capacity.

Because capacity isn't JUST about time (although that helps!)

It's about having the space to think.
To lead.
To make decisions well.
To show up for the parts of your business that actually need 'you'.

I don't think founders were ever meant to carry everything alone.
