We’re resharing as unfortunately we’ve been out several more times to correct dodgy work from scam locksmiths in the area. Be vigilant when using Google to find a reputable locksmith - Google AdWords is increasingly being used to mislead people into thinking they’re engaging with an established company when they are not. Don’t allow someone posing as a professional into your home - always ask to see their Master Locksmiths certification.
Unfortunately, we’ve been made aware that a few of our customers have fallen victim to the recent scam the MLA has reported on below. If you’re trying to book with us or any reputable locksmith, protect yourself and ask them for their Master Locksmith Association certificate. This means that you’re getting a certified, qualified locksmith with necessary clearances and a service that must meet professional standards. Beware of fake locksmiths utilising Google Ads to deceive customers into thinking they’re viewing the details for us - we will only ever visit you in our company vans and in uniform.
