Carl comes to us with an extensive background in engineering and was previously a Senior Fire Fighter for the Queensland Fire & Rescue Service for 6 years. Carl possesses many transferable skills and is a proven leader, making him a welcomed addition to our team. Carl is passionate about mental health and working alongside participants to meet their goals. Carl is very much a people person and thrives in complex situations while, always remaining calm and approachable. Outside of work Carl enjoys hiking, spending time with friends & family, enjoys all things marvel, and is an avid Geelong Cats and NSW Blues supporter. 💙
