The survey is anonymous and confidential, and asks about the current and future needs of people living with, at risk of, or affected by HIV in Queensland, as well as the priorities for QPP.

Answers are collected, pooled, and de-identified by an independent consultant. None of the questions are compulsory and is a safe space to share thoughts and ideas. We are excited to hear your insights.

Are you bis*xual, pans*xual, q***r, or attracted to more than one gender?

Researchers at UNSW's Kirby Institute are conducting the first community-led and conducted online national survey to ask bi+ people in Australia about their s*xual health, and other aspects of their health and wellbeing.

Questions explore a range of topics related to s*xual identity and attraction, s*x, relationships, and s*xual health (including STIs/HIV and health services) and social networks. The survey also assk about potentially sensitive topics such as alcohol and drug use, types of s*xual behaviour, discrimination, s*xual violence and coercion, and mental health.

The survey should take about 30 - 45 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous and open to anyone who identifies with one or more of the terms fitting under the bi+ umbrella and/or who has s*x with or attractions to people of more than one gender.

We encourage all bi+ individuals to take part in this important health research by the Kirby Institute.

75% of LGBTQIA+ youth in Australia will experience harassment because of their identity, and are therefore are 12x more likely to experience mental health challenges as a result.
