Appoint
Here at Appoint, we're a bunch of natural born problem-solvers. So when it comes to recruitment, there's simply no challenge too big or too small for us. And while we're often working against the clock, we always find time to push the boundaries – and get it right, just for you. We all know it’s not. But it’s nice to know you’re working with an agency that knows what it’s doing. Appoint is a speci

As we close out the 2025/26 financial year, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year that has been both busy and incredibly meaningful for Appoint.
Like every year in recruitment, it has come with change, challenge, momentum and plenty of hard work. But more than anything, it has been a year of connection, partnership and progress.
A major highlight for us this year was celebrating 10 years of Appoint.
Ten years in business is a milestone we are extremely proud of, and it gave us the opportunity to pause and recognise the people who have been part of our journey, our team, our clients, our candidates, our families, our friends and everyone who has supported us along the way.
To our staff, thank you for your commitment, energy and care. The work you do every day matters, and the way you show up for our clients, candidates and each other is what makes Appoint what it is.
To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your businesses, your teams and your hiring decisions.
To our candidates, thank you for allowing us to be part of your career journeys.
And to everyone who helped us cellbrate our 10-year milestone this year, thank you. Your support means more than you know.
As we step into the next financial year, we do so with gratitude, excitement and a continued commitment to doing recruitment with care, honesty and purpose.
Here’s to the next chapter and another year.

Victoria’s work-from-home legislation is generating significant discussion, and for good reason.
The changes would give eligible employees the right to work from home up to two days per week from September 2026, where their role can reasonably be performed remotely.
Whether you view this as a positive step or a challenge for businesses, one thing is clear: flexibility remains a major part of the modern employment conversation.
For employers, this is a timely reminder to review flexible work policies, role requirements, communication expectations and how decisions are made fairly and consistently.
For candidates, it reinforces what many have been saying for some time, flexibility is no longer just a bonus. It is often a key factor when considering a new opportunity.
Of course, not every role can be performed from home, and operational needs will still matter.
The most successful workplaces will be those that balance flexibility with productivity, accountability and business outcomes.
The future of work is not simply remote or office-based.
It is about creating practical working arrangements that support both people and performance.
