Explore the oldest remaining "industrial garden" in Victoria on our second Hanging Local Scavenger event in Sunshine.

Established in 1909 by the industrialist HV McKay, the gardens were designed to provide relaxation for the workers of the Sunshine Harvester works, at the time the largest industrial manufacturing plant in Australia, employing over 3000 workers.
