The Archive, updated.

A miniature keepsake box, originally produced in England during the mid-19th century (1925–1945). Crafted in Electro Plated Nickel Silver with decorative stamped borders, with raised feet, the lid bears the inscription “HERE’S YOUR...”, inviting endless interpretations of what treasure, secret, or sentiment it may once have held.

Whether originally intended as a novelty gift box, pill box, trinket holder, this object captures the spirit of vintage vanity culture. Its scale and aged patina make it a unique collector’s piece and decorative object, alternatively serving as a holder for rings, tiny keepsakes, love notes, or simply as a conversation piece on a desk, bedside table, or dressing table.

An ode to the time when makeup was like jewellery, an a nod to the inspiration behind the Cloud Compact.
