With multiple successful launches in Australia by EML’s partners ranging from gifting, rewards and loyalty through to salary packaging and neo banks, we are seeing the EML Pays product change how businesses engage with their customers. We are also especially excited with the rollout of the Pays internationally, with the first clients in the UK launching on the EML Pays platform in the coming weeks.

Seeing these changes makes it feel like Apple is starting to listen to their user base. This is something that every company needs to consider when releasing updates for their apps – what do the users actually want? Additionally, these updates signal that not every update needs to start over from scratch, and that incremental improvements addressing key points can be welcomed too.
