I'm acknowledging my birthday today. 47 years. I've spent the morning at my local gymnasium. Pure muscle. Still playing for the same team. Head up, despite plagued by constant injury. Promise to be easier on myself. For f**ksake, this week I've succumbed to the warmth of the puffer jacket.
