Some things we've been missing: gin sour, Abrolhos Islands scallops, a glass of Ravensworth Pinot Gris. Our fingers are crossed we can be serving something comparable in a week or two. We've thrown the runes, consulted the oracle, and checked our Co-Star and have decided to start taking bookings for Wednesday 28 October onwards. Availability will be limited.
