My initial sessions with clients involve a lot of case-taking and getting to know you (vital for truly thoughtful and personalised services), as well as some initial recommendations. It's following the first session, however, that I am able to tailor a more comprehensive plan specifically for you and your unique needs.

Intrinsic Nutrition is moving! From November 1, all in-person consults will be held in my new home clinic space at 280 Pascoe Vale Road, Essendon. This allows me to expand my in-person availability to three days each week - Wed, Fri & Sat - and offer clients a calm, confidential space surrounded by lots of greenery and natural light that is especially set up for them.
I am in the process of updating my booking system to reflect this change. This will be finalised by the end of this month. If you would like to book an in-person appointment that falls after November 1st in the meantime, please email me at [email protected].
