It’s Christmas time again, and so what does that mean? .. Well I’m not 100 sure but for me this year it means recognition that to serve others is supreme.. that doesn’t mean you have to crucify or martyr yourself- especially to those who won’t help themselves as well - but it does mean to recognise that being preoccupied with only yourself is boring and uninspiring. We are on this earth to share the joys and the woes of being human. And especially to share how it hurts to be human.. How it hurts to be human because we are in fact fundamentally flawed in more ways than we realise. The wiring of our brains alone is cause enough for major misunderstandings and confusion in our little lives let alone to then understand everything else that’s going on around us from our families and right out into this wide world… We must continue to let go of the mostly false and negative thoughts and beliefs we experience and keep focus on the light.. So open your hearts and your minds.. have hope trust and faith that we together can get through this wonderful life joyfully by lifting each other up whenever we can. We can be strong and pure if we dig deep to find it with in ourselves as well as others. Then share your findings verbally with people and be Merry.. 📣 Thats actually what all our spiritual leaders are asking of us.. not to suffer but to find our joy.. Together we can be eternally light and joyful. And so this is what Christmas means to me. 🎊🎄🪽🙏🏽💛 I love going to the Greek church that I was born and baptised into to do my mountain pose and my chair pose and get my Zen on 😂🧘🏽.. Strength and light to you all this Christmas! 😇 🙏🏽💛🪽🎄🎊🤩
