Calling all 14 -17 year old's interested in BOXFIT

Berry Fitness 24-7 are running a TEEN BOXFIT School Holiday Program this coming Holidays!

WHAT'S INVOLVED? 👇
Come learn the fundamentals of boxing in this fun, upbeat, safe, controlled atmosphere . This TEEN BOXFIT holiday program is designed for 14yrs – 17yrs, and suited to the ultimate beginner to the intermediate boxing student.

You will be learning traditional boxing techniques, heavy bag work, foot work, hand & guard positions with the added bonus of meeting new friends with some focus pad, partner work.

Whether you are looking to take up boxing or just looking for something new and exciting to incorporate into your regular workout this class is a great place to start!

✅Tuesday's & Wednesday's 11th, 12th, 18th &19th of April.
