💗💗Kunzite is a gentle yet powerfully uplifting crystal, often associated with the Heart Chakra and the Crown Chakra, helping to open pathways of unconditional love, emotional healing, and spiritual connection. Known for its soothing, pale pink to lilac hues, it is a variety of the mineral spodumene and is sometimes referred to as the “Stone of Emotion” or “Evening Stone,” the latter name stemming from its sensitivity to prolonged sunlight. First discovered in California in the early 20th century and named after mineralogist George Frederick Kunz, kunzite is now also found in Afghanistan, Brazil, Madagascar, and Pakistan. It forms within lithium-rich pegmatite deposits, where slow cooling allows for the development of its delicate crystal structure and soft, luminous colour.

Metaphysically, kunzite is believed to dissolve emotional blockages, ease anxiety, and calm a restless mind, allowing the heart to receive and radiate love freely. It is also thought to assist in balancing overactive emotions, offering a tranquil energy that supports both self-compassion and empathy towards others, while deepening one’s connection to higher guidance and inner peace.
