Practitioner Spotlight: Mathew Millar – Podiatrist
Say hello to Mathew, our biomechanics-focused practitioner who helps patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.
Mathew holds degrees in Human Anatomy, Psychology, and a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He has a keen interest in sports injuries, tendon pain, rehabilitation, and all things general podiatry.
Whether it’s running-related pain, workplace injuries, or foot and ankle discomfort that’s stopping you from being active, Mathew uses evidence-based techniques and personalised rehabilitation plans to support long-term results. He also happens to be an ingrown toenail treatment guru!
Outside work, Mathew enjoys soccer, the gym, and staying as active as his patients aim to be!

Lock-lacing is a technique that should be used in sports shoes. It prevents heel slippage and keeps your feet in the back of your shoes. It stops trauma to your toes and is a must for every runner! Our podiatrist - Mathew Millar - explains!
