Role Overview:

An organized and proactive Administrative and Campaign Manager is sought to support a dynamic team. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the effective management of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the luxury real estate market with a mature demeanour.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Oversee the planning, ex*****on, and monitoring of marketing campaigns for luxury properties.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including agents and vendors, to support campaign objectives.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to client interactions and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or campaign management role, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
