Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: In-store
Hours: Part-time (24 hours/week) or Full-time available
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
We’re hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for IT students or tech-savvy individuals interested in customer service and mobile repair. Both male and female candidates are welcome.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
• Deliver excellent in-store customer service
• Support mobile phone sales
• Optional training available in iPhone and Samsung device repairs
Who We’re Looking For:
• Available 7 days a week for flexible shifts
• Passionate about technology and learning new skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and ready to start immediately
• Full-time applicants are welcome
