🕘 Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Philippine Time (PHT)
💰 Php 35,000–45,000/month

Support an Australian software business by managing client communication, coordinating daily operations, and helping improve support workflows over time.

This is not a high-volume call centre role. It is a structured support role for someone who communicates clearly, works independently, and takes ownership.

In this role, you will:
╰┈➤ Handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate schedules, and make sure client requests are documented, prioritised, and followed through properly
╰┈➤ Support day-to-day operations by reducing developer interruptions, assisting with routine support tasks, and helping with basic QA checks and workflow improvements
