About the Role

We are seeking reliable support workers who can provide daily living support, community access, personal care, and capacity-building assistance to participants with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred support based on individual care plans

Assist with daily living activities (personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep)

Support participants in community access and social activities

Maintain accurate and professional documentation

Communicate effectively with participants, families, and allied health teams

Follow organisational policies, procedures, and NDIS standards

What We’re Looking For

Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism

Ability to work independently and within a team

Commitment to safeguarding and quality care

Essential Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (if applicable)

Current First Aid & CPR

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Proof of eligibility to work in Australia

Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
