True Fairies

There are so many moving parts to make an event like this. If you have ever planned a wedding, think this x 10 with a cherry on top. And sometimes it takes so much that you forget to enjoy it. But this one. This one was oozing genuine joy. This was a true team effort, and we need to thank the beautiful humans who made it possible.

(For some crazy reason we will be back in October with a triple the size adults only event... because we cannot get the smiles off our faces. Yes you can join us!!!)

Have you ever noticed our hand written signs? 10 years without a printer makes for a very interesting instruction manual... take for example Fairy Leafys reminder for taking payment... this is unseen in the back room, but clearly taken the most time to draw.

See our fairy notes? Would you like to know why we have these? We work in reverse customer service. Instead of rewarding Karen's, we choose customers of the day and make them feel as special as possible Have you ever been the recipient of one of these notes??? If so the fairies love you a lot! It started by just a thank you, and ended in hand written magical notes all over the house.

Did you know for 8 years we did not have a cash register? Every item we sold has hand written tags and was recorded in a leather bound mermaid book (my accountant loved this to be sure 😆 🤣) due to modernisation in the human world we did recently adopt a very small computer. Safe to say the fairies are still learning how to use it..
